Brantley Smith

As Chief Digital Officer at Mediagistic, Brantley Smith leads the corporate marketing team to facilitate lead-generation and promote company revenue growth, as well as provide thought leadership in the areas of product innovation and digital transformation to help streamline and automate delivery of our core services.

Entrepreneurial Spirit

Brantley started his career in technology by obtaining his Microsoft Systems Engineering Certification (MCSE) in the late 90’s which led him to work for companies like PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Eckerd Corporation, FirstService Residential and Valpak/Cox Media Group in a variety of hands-on and mid-management roles across multiple disciplines in systems integration, technology and eventually digital product innovation. He then parleyed his corporate experience to fuel his passion to be an entrepreneur by founding multiple successful startups in the technology and systems integration space, was awarded one of six spots in the Gazelle Lab Tech Startup Incubator program, and founded an international franchise that would later be acquired by a publicly traded company. Brantley’s corporate experience, paired with his intent to leverage technology and marketing to drive meaningful business outcomes, gave him a unique perspective and caught the attention of Mediagistic who, in 2011, asked him to join the leadership team as Director of Internet Marketing. Brantley found in Mediagistic the perfect nexus of corporate strength and entrepreneurial spirit that came top-down from the founder of Mediagistic himself, Andre Carollo. It was a perfect match!

In his first 10 years with Mediagistic, Brantley, as VP of Digital Marketing and Product Innovation, helped develop many of the digital products, AdTech platforms and technology tools Mediagistic sells and uses today such as LeadBuilder®, Business Center, AdFluence®, Service.ly® and many others. Brantley’s vision for the company is to help with continuous digital transformation, revenue innovation and effect change to bring together marketing, sales and the supporting tech stack needed to fuel growth now and well into the future.
