Officer
Marshall Morris
Marshall Morris joined Mediagistic in 2019. He brings broad-based experience in the media/entertainment, technology, construction and consumer goods industry sectors. Marshall has a wide range of experience and expertise in financial leadership, leveraged growth environments, turnarounds, M&A and building out financial infrastructure in both privately held and publicly traded companies.
Marshall earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Buffalo and is a licensed CPA. He holds series 63 and 82 securities licenses. Marshall lives in St Petersburg with his wife, Rana, and their dog, Lucy.
Background
Marshall has held CFO positions with News Communications, Prometheus Global Media, Thompson Publishing Group, American Furniture and CECO Environmental. Previously, Marshall was a partner in a national executive services firm and spent eight years in public accounting principally with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
