1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Mediagistic, Inc., located at 8675 Hidden River Pkwy,Tampa, FL 33637 ("Mediagistic" or "Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legally operating businesses in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia that are not current Mediagistic customers as of October 23, 2026. An entry must be submitted by an owner or authorized representative of the business who is at least 18 years old.

For this Sweepstakes, a "current customer" is any business that has an active Mediagistic service agreement, or that has received paid Mediagistic services within the [12] months before October 23, 2026.

Employees, contractors, and agents of Mediagistic [and PrecisionLocal, Figment Design, ATP Florida or MG Global Solutions], their affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Mediagistic determines eligibility, and its decision is final.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 2pm CT on October 23rd, 2026 and ends at 10pm CT on October 26th, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Mediagistic's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

To enter, sign up for a complimentary Market Fit Analysis with a Mediagistic marketing specialist at Mediagistic Booth #24 at the Trane TCS Expo at the Fairmont Austin luxury hotel in Austin, TX with your name and business information during the Entry Period. There is no fee to enter.

Limit one entry per business. Duplicate entries, and entries submitted through automated, scripted, or other unauthorized means, will be disqualified. Incomplete, late, or illegible entries are void. Entries become the property of Mediagistic and will not be returned.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, on or about October 26th. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided in the entry. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release within [7] days of notification.

If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within [7] days, does not return the required documents, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Prize

One (1) prize consisting of website design and development services, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $5,000 (the "Prize").

The Prize has no cash value. It may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or exchanged for cash. No substitution is permitted except at Mediagistic's discretion, in which case a service of equal or greater value may be substituted.

8. Prize Fulfillment and Onboarding

To deliver the Prize, Mediagistic will schedule an onboarding call with the winner within [30] days of winner confirmation. As part of onboarding, Mediagistic will conduct a marketing analysis and an AI search audit of the winner's business. These steps are used to scope and build the Prize and are provided at no cost to the winner.

If the winner does not complete the onboarding call within [30] days of winner confirmation, the Prize may be forfeited.

9. Alternate Application of Prize Value

If, based on the onboarding analysis and audit, Mediagistic determines that a new website is not the best fit for the winner's business [for example, because the winner's current website was built within the past [12] months or already meets Mediagistic's standards for performance and AI search visibility], the $5,000 Prize value will instead be applied as a credit toward other Mediagistic services.

The credit is applied at Mediagistic's standard rates. It can be redeemed in full toward at least one Mediagistic service with no additional purchase or contract commitment required. The credit must be used within [6] months of the onboarding call. Any unused balance is forfeited, and no cash, refund, or cash equivalent will be issued for any unused portion.

10. Scope and Exclusions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Prize does not include website hosting, domain registration or renewal, third-party software or plugin licenses, paid stock imagery or media, ongoing maintenance, or content creation beyond 1 calendar year.

The winner is not required to purchase any additional services to receive the Prize. Any services beyond the Prize value require a separate written agreement and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

11. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize. Mediagistic may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the Prize's ARV and may require the winner to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before Prize fulfillment.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, the winner grants Mediagistic the right to use the winner's name, business name, logo, likeness, and project results for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation or notice.

13. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry will be used to administer the Sweepstakes. It may also be used by Mediagistic to contact entrants about its products and services, as described in Mediagistic's Privacy Policy at https://www.mediagistic.com/privacy-policy

14. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Mediagistic, its parent companies, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

Mediagistic is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind that affect entry or participation.

15. General Conditions

Mediagistic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Mediagistic may disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Mediagistic, which are final and binding.

16. Winner's List

To request the name of the winner, send a letter requesting the list along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope  to 8675 Hidden River Pkwy, Tampa, FL 33637 within [30] days after the drawing date.
